Bobcats Nab High-Scoring Forward Brandon Stojcevski in Pee Dee Dispersal Draft

With their first selection in today's Pee Dee IceCats Dispersal Draft, the Blue Ridge Bobcats, proud members of the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL) have selected Forward Brandon Stojcevski.

The 6'2" 203lb Toronto native rose quickly through the junior ranks, tearing up the GMHL by averaging 3 points per game with the North York Renegades.

Stojcevski has continued lighting the lamp at will his entire pro career thus far. In 66 FPHL contests over the last two seasons, he's racked up 53 points (27 goals, 26 assists). He's also added 38 points (20 goals, 18 assists) in 76 SPHL contests.

"We're incredibly excited to add a forward of Brandon's caliber to our team this season," said head coach and general manager Vojtech Zemlicka.

"Brandon's game is built on his strong poise with the puck. His ability to put the puck in the net consistently while also setting up his teammates is something we value a lot. He can create chaos on the forecheck and make it difficult for the opposing team to exit the defensive zone. He uses his size effectively and is strong with and without the puck through all three zones. He can change the momentum of the gave at any given moment and we can't wait to see the impact he will make with us here in Blue Ridge."
