Bobcats add force to the Blue Line with Braydon Crowe Signing

by Charles Ryan

Wytheville VA– The ice continues to fill up as the Blue Ridge Bobcats sign Defenseman Braydon Crowe to a Professional Tryout.

Crowe spent last season working in Winston-Salem North Carolina with the Carolina Thunderbirds. Skating in three games earning one assist.

Prior to the 23-year-old Cobourg Ontario Native’s rookie season in the FPHL, Crowe spent two seasons working in the PJCHL with Port Huron Panthers and the Lakefield Chiefs earning seven goals, nine assists, and 16 points during 56 games.

Before he moved to the NOJHL and the MJAHL during the 2019-2020 season skating in 29 games and earning two points.

One of the highlights that the Bobcats will be looking for in Crowe during the 2023-24 season is his aggressiveness on the backend of the play. Offering more time for the attackers to set and charge on break-away attempts.

You can catch Braydon Crowe and the rest of the Blue Ridge Bobcats for their home opener and the start of the inaugural season on Friday, October 20th at 7:30 p.m. inside the Apex Center(The Den).
